Bungie has finally released Destiny 2 and with it came the promise of many expansions to come. The first expansion, Curse of Osiris, is set to release in early December and we have the full list of expansions that will be coming to Destiny 2. Curse of Osiris

Release date: December 2017

Curse of Osiris is the first expansion pack for Destiny and was released on December 2017. The expansion adds a new patrol zone on Mercury and a second raid lair to the Leviathan. It also introduces the Vex as a new enemy race, and raises the power level cap to 330.

In order to access Curse of Osiris content, players must purchase the expansion either individually or as part of Destiny ‘s Season Pass. Expansion I: Curse of Osiris will be included in Destiny  ‘s Digital Deluxe Edition and Game + Expansion Pass bundles. Those who do not own Destiny  ‘s base game will need to purchase it in order to play Curse of Osiris .

Forsaken is the third expansion pack for Destiny and was released on September 2018. The expansion adds two new patrol zones, The Tangled Shore and The Dreaming City, as well as a new raid lair, The Last Wish. It also introduces the Scorn as a new enemy race, and raises the power level cap to 400.

In order to access Forsaken content, players must purchase the expansion either individually or as part of Destiny  ‘s Season Pass. Expansion III: Forsaken will be included in Destiny ‘s Digital Deluxe Edition and Game + Expansion Pass bundles. Black Armory

Black Armory is the first expansion for Destiny 

It introduces new weapons, armor, and gear to collect. It also raises the power level cap to 600. Destiny players will be able to access Black Armory on December 11th, 2018.

Joker’s Wild

The first Destiny expansion, Curse of Osiris brought us the Vex as a new enemy to battle on Mercury. With Joker’s Wild, we’ll be facing off against the Fallen who have taken over The Reef. Along with this new environment comes a bunch of new missions, gear, and Supremacy – a brand new multiplayer mode.

Expansions always add more to do in Destiny, so if you were getting bored with the base game, now is the time to jump back in. And with Forsaken bringing an all-new endgame experience later this year, there’s never been a better time to be a Guardian.

Penumbra

Penumbra was released on December 11, 2018. It was the first Destiny expansion to be included in the Annual Pass.

Penumbra brought with it a new cooperative mode called “Blackout”, as well as a new map and two new PvP modes.

Shadowkeep

The next expansion for Destiny is called Shadowkeep. It releases on October 29th, 2019 and will take players to the Moon where they’ll face off against a new enemy called the Hive. The expansion will also introduce a new dungeon, weapons, armor, and more.

Bungie has also announced that Destiny: The Taken King – Legendary Edition will be released on September 15th, 2015. This edition includes both expansions (House of Wolves and The Dark Below) as well as the base game. It’s available for pre-order now.

Beyond Light

Bungie has announced the next three expansions for Destiny – Beyond Light, The Witch Queen, and Lightfall. Beyond Light will launch on September 22nd this year and introduces a new location called Europa as well as a new enemy race called the Fallen. The Witch Queen is set to release in 2021, while Lightfall will conclude the Destiny saga in 2022. These three expansions will be available individually or as part of a bundle called the Season Pass.

The Witch Queen

The Witch Queen expansion will focus on the Fallen House of Dusk and will see the return of Eris Morn.

Previous leaks have suggested that The Witch Queen will release in early 2021, but nothing has been confirmed by Bungie yet.

Lightfall

With the recent release of Destiny: The Taken King, there has been a lot of speculation as to what Bungie has planned for the future of Destiny. Here is a list of all the upcoming Destiny DLC, expansions, and updates that have been announced so far.

This first expansion is called Lightfall and is set to release in early 2016. Not much is known about this expansion yet, but it is said to include new content for both PvE and PvP players.

Destiny 2 Expansion Pass

The Destiny 2 Expansion Pass includes Expansions I and II for Destiny 2. It also includes an instant level-30 character boost that allows you the option to play the latest content right away.

The first expansion, Destiny Expansion I: Curse of Osiris, was released on December 2017. The second expansion, Destiny Expansion II: Warmind, was released on May 2018.

The third and final expansion for Destiny is set to release in Fall 2018. This expansion is currently unannounced. However, there have been many leaks and rumors surrounding it. The most popular theory is that the expansion will be titled “Gods of Mars.”
