This event is similar to the three-heart one, but you’ll need to have at least six hearts with Lewis and it must be raining when you talk to him. He’ll be inside his house working on a project and will ask you to come in and help him out. After you’ve helped him, he’ll invite you to stay for dinner.

Mayor Lewis has lost his “lucky purple shorts” and he’s asked you to help him find them. He’ll be especially happy if you can return them before the annual Stardew Valley Fair. The shorts can be found at any time of day, in any location in the game.

Mayor’s Needy

On Summer 21 of your second year, Lewis will send you a letter asking for a bottle of Truffle Oil. He states that you should not be concerned about its purpose. If you complete the request, he’ll give you 750g and one friendship heart. It’s possible to make Truffle Oil with an Oil Maker from a Truffle, but it’s easier to just buy one from Pierre at the General Store.
